Breastfeeding is natural—but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. It can be one of the most rewarding parts of parenthood, but also one of the most physically and emotionally challenging. From pain and stress to and frustration, the journey can feel overwhelming at times. If you're struggling or just need some guidance, I'm here to help. I began my career as a NICU nurse in 2007 and have been supporting families with breastfeeding for 18 years. In 2015, I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I continue to work in the NICU today, caring for premature and newborn infants while helping families navigate the early days of breastfeeding. My passion for lactation support comes from personal experience. I breastfed all four of my boys for over a year. It wasn’t always easy—I’ve dealt with painful latches clogged milk ducts, mastitis, pumping challenges, milk supply concerns, and the emotional rollercoaster of weaning. But with a strong support system, I got through it—and that experience drives me to support others on their journey. In 2023, I launched my private practice to offer in-home lactation visits.  There’s something incredibly meaningful about helping a baby latch for the first time.
